WAG

Competitive Women's Artistic Gymnastics requires a disciplined training approach to prepare for State and National level competition.  Girls compete on Vault, Uneven Bars, Beam and Floor. A mixture of power and performance, this program appeals to girls who enjoy testing their limits and have a passion for technical precision.

GYMSTAR

Gymstar provides recreational gymnastic competitions for boys and girls.  The program's main objective is for children to enjoy the experience of participating to their full potential.  The experience of competition builds strong friendships and provides positive feedback to foster skill development.

AEROBIC GYMNASTICS

In the fast-paced world of Aerobic Gymnastics, stamina, dynamism and a smile are some of the main ingredients for success. This program appeals to boys and girls who enjoying working as a team and have excellent rhythm and coordination.
