RECREATIONAL Gymnastics
The Recreational program is the perfect place for primary school aged children to begin their gymnastics journey!
This pathway comprises of three classes that focus on safe skill development in a fun and engaging environment.
50 minute beginner classes.
An hour & 20 minute advanced beginner class.
An hour & 50 minute pre-competition class. At this level children have the opportunity to join an aerobic gymnastics class or a gymstar class. Both classes build gymnastics skills using apparatus, including trampoline, beam and bars, however, aerobics gymnastics classes also include the development of a team performance.
